Coaching and Decision Making:
Using the Enneagram in Coaching Clients, Peers, and Self
Coaches, Peer-Coaches, Mentors and Career and Organization Development professionals wrestle with a number of responsibilities as they assist clients and co-workers in navigating career and life challenges:
- Developing career paths that leverage their natural strengths and preferences;
- Cultivating competency in those areas in which they do not have natural strengths; and
- Dealing with on-going patterns and habits that are difficult to pin down and break.
In these challenging economic times, no one can afford to neglect career strategy issues, or issues involving our core strengths (and related competencies) that equip us to compete more successfully!
We believe these issues are so critical that IEA/SoCal is proud to present...
