Working With the Enneagram

This weekend in Santa Barbara will give you valuable insight into the Enneagram model and provide accurate, concrete ways for you to incorporate these insights into your life and work. Come to hear Mario Sikora and Michael Goldberg, two Enneagram field giants and internationally known experts in corporate and personal consulting and coaching.

Content will include: a) Basics and beyond: visit multiple levels of process and mapping, b) Preferred strategies: learn to redefine and re-write your strategy, c) Instincts: a clear picture of how instinctual energy supports change and growth, d) Inquiry: how to frame targeted questions for personal and professional intervention.

Mario Sikora has used the Enneagram internationally in business consulting and coaching since 1997. Some of his clients include: Motorola, Comcast Communications, TE Connectivity, Dow Chemical, Panasonic, and Johnson and Johnson. Mario is the current President of the International Enneagram Association, a global organization promoting the ethical use of the Enneagram worldwide. Co-author with Robert Tallon of Awareness to Action, The Enneagram, Emotional Intelligence, and Change.

Michael Goldberg consults with the Enneagram to organizations worldwide about leadership and team dynamics. His clients include: The Central Intelligence Agency, Motorola, Honeywell, Adconion, the US Federal Reserve, and companies in China, Europe and South Africa. Michael has taught at graduate schools of management and law. He is the author of The 9 Ways of Working and Travels with Odysseus.
