Bringing the Radiant Body to Life! Body Wisdom is a body-centered process pioneered by John Hoyle that helps people communicate directly with their bodies. This communication is based on the connection of the nine Enneagram types and their corresponding organs. Our bodies are always talking to us, trying to tell us the truth and help us return to our true nature. This innovative process helps give the body a voice, unlocking its natural healing wisdom. When stored energy is released the male and female aspects of the organ open up allowing communication and reconciliation. This union of the male and female opens the pathways between the physical body and the outer energy field. This radiant outer field is home to the essential aspects of joy, love, safety, creativity, presence, abundance and connection to the Source. As the pathways are opened, these life-giving energies flow into the body weaving the outer field into the physical body.

Julia Foster, MA is a spiritually oriented body centered therapist and intuitive. She has been involved in the healing arts for thirty years as a therapist, intuitive and workshop facilitator. She is a nationally known Enneagram expert and was the Director and founder of Colorado Enneagram Studies. Julia received a BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado and holds an MA in Psychology and Counseling. She lives in Santa Barbara.
