Helen Palmer

In Her First IEA Chapter Appearance

"Virtues of the Heart —
The Vice to Virtue Conversion"

This experiential workshop invites you to engage in spiritual practice to relax the contraction of "Vice," your main emotional pattern, instead of fighting or fleeing it. During this profound session, you will conduct a deep personal examination of your emotional pattern and discover how to transform it - through self-inquiry exercises, breakout groups, and short panels that reveal by type how others change long-standing conditioning. Please be prepared to do three 20-minute meditations and mudra practice around the Virtue for your type. Helen Palmer is an internationally recognized teacher of intuition and a best-selling author. Her two books, The Enneagram: Understanding Yourself and the Others in Your Life and The Enneagram in Love and Work: Understanding Your Intimate and Business Relationships are perennial best-sellers. Helen is the co-founder of Enneagram Worldwide and the Enneagram Professional Training Program offered by Enneagram Worldwide. Her new Distance Learning Program can be accessed at www.enneagram.com.
