This experiential workshop invites you to engage in spiritual practice to relax the contraction of "Vice," your main emotional pattern, instead of fighting or fleeing it. During this profound session, you will conduct a deep personal examination of your emotional pattern and discover how to transform it - through self-inquiry exercises, breakout groups, and short panels that reveal by type how others change long-standing conditioning. Please be prepared to do three 20-minute meditations and mudra practice around the Virtue for your type.
